*Accepting New Clients

At some point, many of us realize we’re living in ways that don’t feel true to who we really are. Maybe anxiety, trauma, or old belief systems are shaping your choices, relationships, or sense of self. I know what that’s like—I’ve been there myself. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with who they are underneath the fear, the coping, and the conditioning.

My goal as a therapist is to help you live a more authentic, grounded life—one where you feel empowered to show up as yourself. Together, we’ll explore the experiences and core beliefs that may be getting in the way, while building the tools you need to move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Therapy with me is a space to pause, reflect, feel, and be seen—without judgment.

I work best with anyone who is open to the process and curious about what’s possible when they let go of who they think they should be. I operate from a Person-Centered foundation because I truly believe the relationship is healing in itself. From there, I bring in a range of approaches depending on your needs—Gestalt (emotional and somatic work), Humanistic and Existential (meaning-making and identity), Psychodynamic and Trauma-Focused (exploring earlier experiences), Jungian (uncovering unconscious patterns), and CBT (shifting thoughts and behaviors). I also view healing holistically—our emotional and physical selves are deeply connected, so I encourage care for both mind and body.

Clients often describe our work as supportive, reflective, and deeply human. I show up with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine belief that healing is possible when we feel safe to be ourselves. I’ll meet you where you are, and together, we’ll figure out what healing looks like for you.

As someone with a diverse background, I value culture, identity, and intersectionality in the healing process. I aim to create a space that is affirming, inclusive, and attuned to your unique story. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just come as you are. We’ll take it from there!

I graduated with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. Through my experience, I’ve had the great privilege of joining with individuals, children/adolescents, couples, and families on their journeys through anxiety, self-identity, crisis & trauma, and relationship concerns.

Outside of therapy, I’m a collector at heart—whether it’s tattoos, Funko Pops, Pokémon cards, plushies, or memorabilia from my favorite shows and movies. You’ll usually find me watching a new show or movie, reading, hiking, or admiring a good tree (all of them).

If you’re ready to reconnect with your authentic self and create a life that feels more like you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you! Feel free to schedule a FREE 15-minute consultation with me today. I look forward to meeting with you soon!
