*Welcoming New Clients

Hi I’m Allison! Prior to joining Healing Pathways, I worked as a mental health provider in the NCAA Athletics space. I completed my Social Work education through the University of Michigan, as well as the University of Michigan's Sport Social Work certificate. I’ve also worked as a Performance Dietitian at several Division 1 NCAA Universities across the country. I have extensive experience working with collegiate athletes and am passionate about helping athletes, performers, and high-achievers of all levels accomplish their goals in sport and beyond.

Prior to my work in the collegiate athletics space, I was a dancer and obtained my degree in dance through the University of Alabama. I am passionate about bringing mental health awareness to performing arts spaces. In my time at Alabama, I also obtained a BS and MS in Nutrition, and I believe strongly in the intersection of food and mental health.

My therapeutic style can best be described as strengths-based, using a blend of modalities to help you identify and accomplish your goals. I am here to meet you where you are, with a little self-discovery and confidence-building along the way.

Outside of work, you can find me watching a sporting event, a musical, or with a good book and my dogs.
