You’ve Been Holding It Together for a Long Time
You may have spent most of your life pushing through—moving between anxiety and numbness, showing up for others, achieving, and managing it all. But now your system feels overwhelmed. You’re overstimulated, emotionally reactive, and deeply exhausted.
Something in you is asking for a different way.
You want to feel safe in your body. Seen for who you really are. Worthy of connection, belonging, and healthy relationships.
Understanding What’s Beneath the Surface
ADHD and complex trauma don’t appear out of nowhere—they are signals from the body asking for honesty and attention. Trauma doesn’t just live in the mind; it shapes the nervous system, the body, and how we relate to ourselves and others.
When the world hasn’t felt safe, it makes sense that you’ve adapted. But those adaptations can start to feel like disconnection, burnout, or losing yourself.
Healing is possible. You are not your story. You can drop the mask and create a new internal template—one rooted in calm, aliveness, and connection.
How I Work
I support women navigating complex trauma, late-diagnosed ADHD, and identity transitions—including life after menopause.
My work is integrative and somatic, blending:

Functional and Nutritional Therapy
With over 15 years of experience in nutritional therapy, I specialize in supporting “trauma gut” and autoimmune conditions through enzyme therapy and a holistic framework that includes creativity, connection, movement, and affirmations. My background in theater also informs my approach through vocal and body-based techniques that support emotional expression and regulation—especially helpful for performing artists and others living in high-demand, high-expression environments.
