Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I know that recognizing the need for support and reaching out, can sometimes be a daunting step. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space for everyone who walks through my door, no matter where you're starting from. You don’t have to figure it out alone. We’ll work together to shape what therapy might look like for you or your child. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio, along with a certificate in Spanish counseling. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, and I tailor my work to each client’s needs.

I often use CBT- and DBT-informed practices, and I am trained in EMDR. With children, I utilize play therapy techniques to support developmentally appropriate healing. I’m passionate about supporting clients through self-identity work, healing from childhood trauma, navigating life as a neurodivergent person, and recovering from experiences of domestic violence. I work with individuals of all ages and have a strong commitment to serving immigrant and multicultural communities.

Outside of therapy, I love crocheting, singing karaoke, and getting lost in a good puzzle. Wherever you are in your journey, I look forward to walking alongside you.
