*Welcoming New Clients

Hi I’m Tiana! I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School, and I am an LPC-Associate under the supervision of LaQuondra Patterson-Levias, M.Ed., LPC-S, NCC, ACS. My approach is primarily humanistic-centered, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and individual growth. I have extensive experience working with children using play and art therapy techniques, which are tailored to support developmentally appropriate healing. My experience also includes working with depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, substance abuse, and mood dysregulation.

In my practice, I often incorporate CBT- and DBT-informed strategies, and I am trained in DBT to help clients develop skills for emotional regulation and distress tolerance. I am especially passionate about providing gender-affirming and trauma-informed care, recognizing the importance of affirming identities and experiences in the healing process.

When working with clients, I prioritize creating a supportive environment where healing and self-discovery can flourish. I believe that everyone’s journey is unique, and I am committed to supporting you through challenges such as trauma, identity exploration, or navigating life’s transitions.

Outside of my work, I enjoy doing my nails, playing with my dog, and practicing hot Pilates. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and your family, and support you on your path toward growth and well-being.
