*Welcoming New Clients
On a rainy day when the storm doesn't seem to let up and you're caught without an umbrella, the simple gesture of someone offering you theirs—even for a few moments—can make the journey feel a little less heavy. To me, therapy is much like that. Whether you're weathering a passing shower or a relentless storm, you don't have to face it alone.
It’s been all gas, no brakes!
You may have spent most of your life pushing forward, striving for the next achievement, putting the needs of others before your own, doing all that you feel is right - yet you feel stuck and unfulfilled. Appearing to have it all figured out, you still feel anxious, exhausted, lonely, and out of place.
A part of you wants change: to feel safe in your body, to feel connection, and to be seen as you are.
Therapy doesn’t have to be about becoming someone new; it can be about reconnecting with who you’ve always been beneath the expectations, protective patterns, and experiences that have shaped you. At the end of the day, who are YOU apart from the needs and chatter of others?
